I suffered from myopia (8 diopters) and astigmatism (2 diopters) and had been wearing contact lenses for 44 years but could no longer tolerate them . Alternatively I had to wear very heavy glasses which still didn't allow me to see well. I had lost all hope until they spoke to me about Dr. Badalà who, after the visit, proposed the implantation of toric multifocal lenses to solve my problems. I was very worried about having the surgery but I felt absolutely nothing before, during or after the surgery. I was operated on my right eye first, I removed the gauze 4 hours later and I could already see very well. The next day I had the first check-up and everything was fine, so the next day I had surgery on my left eye. I am very happy with the outcome, I had now tried them all and I would never have believed I would be able to see 12/10 in one eye and 15/10 in the other after the age of sixty. I can see well from far away and up close and I no longer need glasses, except when I find myself in dimly lit places having to read very small characters. I would absolutely recommend this surgery, also because I was really very discouraged, my myopia and presbyopia continued to grow, forcing me to change lenses every two months. Out of habit, in the morning, I still look for my glasses on the bedside table but I no longer need them! Watch the video with the testimony of Mrs. Mirte Biella
