Review Intervention with DALK anterior lamellar corneal transplant

I am 23 years old and I suffer from advanced keratoconus in both eyes. Due to constant ailments and migraines I went to various ophthalmologists and wore contact lenses, but with terrible results. I got worse day by day. After various searches, through Google, I met Dr. Badalà who at the first visit recommended the DALK anterior lamellar cornea transplant . I had surgery on my left eye after four months and I only had minor discomfort which went away over time, but no pain. My eyesight improved immediately! Six months have passed since the first operation and I will soon have the transplant in the other eye too. I can say that Dr. Badalà is a really good doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who has the same problem as me: keratoconus.
